Overview
If you need to upgrade to Windows 11 but are facing issues, you can report them to the ITS staff using this service.
Eligibility
All employees of Nazareth University with a PC laptop can participate.
Getting Started
Before submitting a ticket, please gather the following information to help speed up the resolution:
1) Your Computer's Name
- Click the Search bar next to the Start menu on the Windows taskbar.
- Type "Name" and press Enter.
- On the About screen, look for your Device name under Device specifications.
2) Computer Asset Tag
- This is the 6-digit number found on the sticker attached to your device.
3) Click the Request Service button on the right to submit your support request.
