Overview
This service addresses the recent update that was pushed out to Faculty and Staff PC computers.
Please make sure you have the Asset Tag for your device ( Black & white sticker with 6 digits and barcode) and the computer name is possible.

Nazareth Faculty and Staff with Nazareth issued PC computers
Getting Started
Click on the Request Service button on the right.
What is my computer's Asset tag number and Device Name?
Here is a sample of an asset tag. You device should have something similar.
To determine your computer's name, type "Device name" in the Windows search bar on the left of the task bar and then hit Enter.
