When filling out the service request, please clearly describe where the software is to be installed. Indicate the location of the computer/tablet(s), the 6-digit Nazareth asset number of the computer/tablet as well as the operating system type (PC, Mac or IOS). If the software request will require a significant purchase, the request may need to be submitted as a Budget request for later review.
