Overview
Etrieve by Softdocs is Nazareth's mobile-friendly, electronic form and workflow automation tool. We can leverage Etrieve's powerful form builder and workflow to:
- Move current paper or PDF/Word forms to a more digital, user-friendly solution, streamlining business processes and document routing
- Include attachments and electronic signatures as needed
- Retrieve Colleague data for use in the form or for document routing in a workflow
- Track a form's status and progress in a workflow, and send notifications during each step of the process
- Provide users with a history of their completed forms and processes.
