Overview
Use this service to request a new account or access to campus systems, including: Colleague, Informer, OnBase, SLATE, etc.
The Colleague system, developed by Ellucian, is used to manage major administrative functions across the College and is supported by the ITS Applications Team. Colleague includes five integrated components, providing the institution with an enterprise-wide solution:
- Student and applicant
- Financial aid
- Finance
- Payroll and Human Resources
- Development and alumni
Other ancillary systems supported by the Apps Team include:
- Informer (reporting)
- OnBase (imaging and document management)
- SLATE (Enrollment Management CRM)
Eligibility
Nazareth faculty and staff. Requests must be made on behalf of the employee by their supervisor/department head.
