Overview
Supervisors/department heads can request computers, phones, docking stations and other technology for new staff/faculty/student workers in their area. Requests for Macintosh computers will require a written justification (email) from the appropriate Dean/VP to the Director of Technology & Media Support Services. This justification should include specific reason for needing a Macintosh computer as opposed to a PC.

If you are requesting equipment for more than one employee, please submit one request per employee. In some cases, a departmental charge back may apply. Please note that ITS requires 5 business days notice for new computer requests.
