Overview
Use the password reset tool (authx.naz.edu) to reset your MyNaz password prior to calling the TMSD. The reset tool is available 24-hours a day, even when the TMSD is closed.
If you supplied a recovery email address and challenge questions when you first activated your MyNaz account, you should be able to reset your MyNaz password using the tool. If you did not set up a recovery email and challenge questions prior, you will not be able to reset your password via this method.
