Overview
You may use the password reset tool (authx.naz.edu) to reset your MyNaz password prior to calling the TMSD. The reset tool is available 24-hours a day, even when the TMSD is closed.
If you supplied a recovery email address and challenge questions when you first activated your MyNaz account, you should be able to reset your MyNaz password using the tool. If you did not set up a recovery email and challenge questions prior, you will not be able to reset your password via this method.
You will also receive several email reminders in advance of when your MyNaz password is about to expire. It is HIGHLY recommended to use the reset link in those emails to update your MyNaz password prior to the expiration date. Once your password reaches its expiration date, you will not be able to use these links. You then would need to use the password reset tool ( see above) or contact the Technology & Media Service Desk.
