Audio & Video Recording

Media Resources provides audio and video recording services for approved on-campus events, including lectures, theater productions, faculty recitals, and special events.

Request Guidelines

•     Submit requests at least one week in advance.   
•     Services are provided based on staff availability.
•     Include a link to your event listing (if available) from the Nazareth Events Calendar.

Please provide the following information in the Request Service Form:

•     Event title and type (lecture, recital, performance, etc.)   
•     Event date, time, and location
•     Names of speakers and/or performers and/or program (if available)flyer    Event
•     Signed Media Release (if applicable)

This information is used to label and catalog your final recording.
 

Services We Do Not Provide

Media Resources does not provide the following services:

•     Event photography   
•     Group or team photos
•     Recording of off-campus events
•     Drone photography or videography   
•     General classroom recordings (unless approved through a specific University initiative)
