Overview

Microsoft 365 offers a suite of powerful tools for productivity and collaboration. This guide will walk you through the process of downloading and using Microsoft 365 on your personal devices. Additionally, it provides instructions on moving documents from Microsoft OneDrive to your computer's local hard drive and migrating data between OneDrive accounts using Mover.

We are pleased to announce that Microsoft 365 A3 is now available free of charge to all current registered Nazareth students. This suite of applications provides powerful tools for productivity and collaboration. Students will retain access to Microsoft 365 while they are a registered student at Nazareth University.   It is recommended to make and retain copies of any important files you wish to retain after graduation.

How to download MS 365 apps to your computer (Quick start)

  1. Visit office.microsoft.com
  2. Click on the Sign In link on the upper right of the page
  3. Enter in your email address. Use the @naz.edu form of your email address. ( i.e. xxxxxxx@naz.edu)
  4. You should then be directed to Nazareth's sign in page
  5. Sign in with your MyNaz credentials
  6. On the left side of the screen click on Apps
  7. Now, click on the Install Apps button on the top right of the page then Microsoft 365 Apps.
