Overview
Qualtrics is a user-friendly, comprehensive electronic survey tool available for use by all Nazareth faculty, staff, and students. Qualtrics eliminates the need for the many survey design solutions that individuals have had to rely on in the past.
The system provides users with:
- Variety of question types
- Survey management tools
- Automated email distribution
- Customized data visualizations
- Reporting in many formats (PDF, PPT, URL, Word, etc.)
Account Information
In order to be able to create projects and surveys in Qualtrics, individuals must fill out a request an account form to obtain survey creator privileges. Once submitted, you can expect an email within 1-2 business days that includes a coupon code and instructions to upgrade your account.
Note: Individuals are able to login to our Qualtrics system with a basic account prior to the upgrade process, however, this initial access has very limited features!
You must log in to the Nazareth College Qualtrics Site via the Nazareth website using current MyNaz credentials.
