What is the Nazareth University Mobile App?

With the Nazareth University Mobile App, you can view campus events, view your grades and classes, handle finances, reserve rooms, and much more! The app is available for free in the App Store for Apple users, and in the Google Play store for Android users. It can be downloaded to your smartphone, tablet, iPad etc. Simply log in with your MyNaz username and password.

General Troubleshooting

Most problems with using the Naz App may be resolved by attempting any of the following steps:

  • Quit and restart the app.
  • Check for any updates to the app in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Restart your device.
  • Check your MyNaz password to make sure it has not expired. Can you log onto Moodle, NazNet Self Service, etc.? Test logging in and/or reset your password here.
  • Delete and reinstall the app.

Other Common Problems

I am unable to see all of the events I am looking for.

  • Go to the Events section. Choose the gear icon in the top right corner to check your Events Preferences.
    • Make sure "Limit Recommended Events" is NOT selected.
  • The event you are looking for may be restricted. For example, events specific to seniors will not be visible to freshmen.

I do not see my planned event in the Naz App, or it is not showing up for anyone else.

  • Make sure your event has "Promote to Students" selected in its settings.
