Using Color Copiers

Black and white printing is available from any standard campus printer at no charge. Printing in color must be done from one of the color copiers either in the Arts Center or in the basement of the Library. Larger color print jobs such as fliers and posters can be requested from the Media Resources department.

How to Pay for Color Printing

Go to the Accounts Payable webpage and choose NazBucks Online at the bottom of the page.

This will bring you to the e-Accounts page. Log in with your MyNaz credentials.

On the left side there should be a list of different types of accounts. Under NazBucks, select the link to Add Money.

Follow the instructions to add funds via a credit card.

If you are printing in the Library, your fund are ready to use by swiping your NazID.

If you are printing in the Arts Center:

Go to the NazPrint webpage and log in with your MyNaz credentials.

On the left hand side of the page, click Add Credit.

Use the drop-down menu to select the amount of Blackboard credit (aka NazBucks) you would like to add, then click Add Value. The funds should now be ready to use.

To Print:

Users can print from the PC connected to the color copier or from a personal flash drive. Flash drives can be connected to the PC or directly to the copier.

In both cases: Specify any details, such as double sided, number of copies, etc. Remember to select color copies!

After you have clicked Print, enter your funds by swiping your NazID on the copier's card reader.
