Problem
Students cannot log into the Health Portal even though they have a valid MyNaz Password which works in other systems
Environment
Medicat Health Portal
Resolution
The user would need to change their MyNaz account password to one that does not have the special characters listed in the following section (Cause).
Also, please be sure not to append the '@naz.edu' or '@mail.naz.edu' when entering in your username.
Cause
The following special characters are not allowed to be used in your password when logging into Medicat/Health Portal. This is a known issue with the Health Portal and there are plans to correct this in the future.

& Ampersand
$ Dollar
% Percent
' Single Quote
< Less Than
> Greater Than
